Korben J.A. Bauer is a writer and animator from Atlanta, Georgia in the United States. She is currently attending graduate school for a Master’s Degree in animation. In her free time, you can find her dabbling in every creative hobby under the sun- from customizing clothing and decora accessories to making plushies to oil painting to cosplaying, there’s always a new artistic hobby popping up in her apartment! She also spends her time playing board games with her friends, visiting theme parks, and volunteering at a therapeutic horse riding park.

She first became interested in anime and manga when she found Kitchen Princess, Fruits Basket, and Sugar Sugar Rune manga in her middle school’s library. From there, she quickly became obsessed with the shoujo romance and magical girl genres. Her dream job is still to be a magical girl, but if that doesn’t work out, she’ll be content with writing about them instead! Her weaknesses include being easily distracted by bright colors, shiny objects, and cute girls.
